Strategic Advisory

Translate cyber risk into decisions and resilience.

The institutional challenge

Systemic resilience requires coordination beyond individual institutions. Cyber risk affects governance, continuity, reputation and financial stability.

Participants in ACRC's consultations agreed that regulators and supervisors play an important role as facilitators, and that regulation is to be completed where missing.

What ACRC does

ACRC supports institutions and ecosystems addressing cyber resilience, governance and policy:

  • Executive advisory: strategic guidance for cyber resilience and governance
  • Advisory and policy workshops: ecosystem and policy resilience
  • Executive briefings and Board workshops, with practical decision scenarios

Expected outcome

Cyber risk translated into decisions and resilience, at institution and ecosystem level.
